Correction – again

Two corrections needed

One is easy…..the post for multiple choice questions on chapters 12-14 did not show 14 at the top of the page…..

Probably it’s better to replace question 17 from chapter 13, verse 33.

I doubt Jeroboam actually became a priest.  Maybe he did.  But maybe he didn’t.

Most likely “he” refers to the person (not of the tribe of Levi) who became priest because “he” wanted to – not Jeroboam.

I’m looking for a Bible translation that has in parentheses the reference to each pronoun 🙂

Somehow don’t think one exists – since I’ve needed one for about 20 years  and haven’t found one 🙂

One Response to Correction – again

  1. John Hammond says:

We had the conversation last week after class about whether or not Jeroboam was a self-proclaimed priest. The Scriptures never actually come out and say he made himself a priest, but it does say that he was burning incense at the altar (which is one of the things priests would do), so he was at least doing similar things to what a priest would do. Similar to King Saul when he got tire of waiting on Samuel.
